Transamerica: Plus Factor Social Campaign
Transamerica’s “Plus Factor” campaign highlights life insurance and a variety of employee benefits. The goal was to create smooth, geometric, and eye-catching animations to make the content pop and capture attention on social media.
The Idea
Transamerica’s Benefits team set out to refresh their social media presence and establish a clearer visual identity across platforms. The goal was to bring more motion into their communications and present employee benefits in a way that feels engaging, modern, and appealing to viewers.
The Process
To boost engagement across Transamerica’s social channels, the motion needed to feel quick, modern, and continuously active. Static posts lose attention almost immediately, so each piece was built around fluid movement that guides the viewer through key benefits without overwhelming them. Using Transamerica’s shape-driven visual system, elements transform in a rhythmic, intentional way to reinforce clarity and keep the viewer engaged from start to finish.
A major focus was elevating the “plus” symbol—the core of the campaign—by giving it a lively spin that draws attention and reinforces the idea of added value. Every post was timed to deliver information cleanly within a tight 20-second format, balancing speed with readability. The final motion sequence presents Transamerica’s benefits in a fresh, energetic way that strengthens the brand’s social identity and makes traditionally dry content feel more dynamic and approachable.
The Result
The final motion posts delivered a balanced blend of clarity and energy, giving the Benefits team a fresh visual direction that felt both engaging and on-brand. The new animations helped strengthen Transamerica’s social presence and gave the team renewed confidence in how they present benefits to their audience.
